Sectoral trappings

By Debarun Sarkar
a sectoral bridge
forever expanding
expanding, retires
into sublime nothingness
of your mind’s trap
and forever moves, swells
shines forth to combine
dissolve those tired emotions
your body has grown tired of
of those emotions
people speak of
everyday
at cafes
at conferences
at riots
at protests
at gatherings
in plays
in poems
in music
in stories
nothing new ever happens
nothing new ever happens
living within the infinite sectoral trappings
nothing new ever happens
wait for something to
happen
wait
wait
wait
.
.
.
and sectoral trapping will explode
explode your mind
and body
the machine’s limits
and recombine
something new will happen
and again and again and again and again
nothing new will ever happen
nothing new will ever happen
nothing new will ever happen
until your tools break
